How to De______ My Child Series

I know each week I share some sort of valuable content on Raising Healthy Families, but over the next month, I am going to share specifically on How To De______ Your Child. Each week the ______ is going to be filled in with these topics: Destress. Detox. Decondition. Declutter.

As always, my goal is to help you raise well balanced children and I hope that the content in the coming month is just that for you! If you know someone who might value from hearing this information, I would love to add them to my email list so they can get the content directly!

Today I just want to share with you brief overview of each of these topics and then over the next 4 weeks we will dig into each topic and I will give you some practical tips that you can start doing to help you raise well balanced children!

· Destress- our children should be stress free and careless, but unfortunately, they experience way more stress than we think they do. I will be sharing some tips on activities that you can do as a family to help lower everyone’s stress.

· Detox- due to the amount of chemicals that are in our world, it is a good idea to assist your child’s body in detoxing. I will give you a few ways to remove toxins naturally from your child’s body. When this is done, you may notice that your child is calmer.

· Decondition- “give me a child until he is 7 and I will show you the man.” This quote has stuck with me ever since I read it. I will share more with you on what it really means and how you have an even bigger influence on the type of person your child becomes than you thought. This is all based off of how you speak to them!

· Declutter- how many toys does your child really play with? I will share with you some practical ways of talking to your child so that they are okay letting go of some of their toys/belongings and you can have a less cluttered home!

So that is all for this week and I hope you will join me next week to learn more about how we can destress our children so that they can grow to be strong, healthy and kind humans!
